Job Description
- Identifying barriers and root causes of issues and performance gaps.
- Writes, revises, and verifies test cases and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
- Reviews new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.
- Ensures quality and adherence of the system with the program specifications and test scenarios
- Observes computer monitor screen during program test to detect error codes or interruption of program and logs errors.
- Works with others to develop and streamline work flows.
- Checks if the overall aesthetic look and design of the software is good enough for users.
- Designs, develops and documents the technical and functional test scripts / test cases.
- Releases modules for implementation.
- May be requested to perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder of any course from an accredited university or college, preferably, IT related course
- Has 2 to 3 years experience in quality analysis
- Promoted from Junior Quality Analyst position
- Lateral transfer possible from Developer
- Competent in Windows, Unix or Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of Oracle development tools and database
- Very knowledgeable in quality analysis
- With experience in automation testing (Jmeter, Katalon, Selenium).
