Job Description
- Review all invoices/billings for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Processes check requests
- Updates HMO Members Listing and reconciles with billings
- Ensures that payments to Suppliers are supported by valid Official Receipt/Collection Receipt
- Files disbursements documents in proper order
- Processes business permits
- Issues BIR Form 2307 for Supplier
Minimum Qualifications
URGENT HIRING!
- Bachelor’s degree holder of Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and standards
- Proficient in Excel
- Possesses good oral and written communication
- Has keen attention to details
- With at least 6 months work experience is preferred
