Job Description
- Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
- Provide daily support with resolution in timely manner and escalate tickets to Level 2 support if necessary.
- Participate in knowledge transfer to ensure better grasp of the product and domain.
- Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
- Prepapre extensive documentaion when logging product issues including observations, diagnoses and action steps.
- Monitor infrastracture
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with 2 years solid experience in the related field
- Strong analytical skills and keen to details
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can easily adapt to the changing demands
