Job Description
- The liaison officer will be under the finance and accounting department in-charge with all deliverables, collection, document delivery and field work to ensure that all important documents, deliverables and corporate transaction to different offices are smooth and managed on time;
- He is also required to do field work, company visit(business partners and clients) as mandated by the management/direct boss;
- He is also an authorized representative of the department/company to do transactions B2B, or in any government agencies, offices to ensure that the submission of documents and necessary papers are on time of its filing;
- He will/might be required to use company service/motor cycle, hence the person must know how to drive, with a valid license;
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma.
- With a valid driver’s licence code 1 & 2.
- Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support.
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do a field work, as a coordinator to different clients, government agencies, etc.
- CAN START ASAP.
