Job Description
- Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
- Analyze data generated by QC control of finished products and incoming raw materials
- Coordinates and manage balance sheet of incoming raw materials and packaging, actual stock of raw materials and stock of outgoing finished products
- To handle customer complaints related to product quality by investigating and reporting of result of investigation
- Check the quality of RM, packaging and finished goods according to specifications.
- To develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications in order to determine present standards, and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
- Book keeping of all RM, packaging and finished goods.
- To follow EHS regulations and support safety activities.
- Control the quality according to quality plan.
- Update the quality plan according to the current situation.
- Control consistency of quality by minimizing customer complaints and non-conforming reports (NCR)
- Solve the problems in order to avoid re-occurrence cases
- To discuss with any supplier in case they don’t follow specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 5-years of working experience as a Quality Control in a manufacturing or Plant.
- Understand Quality Control procedures
- Exprienced with mortars
- Understand the production, purchasing process
- Able to book keep balance sheet of raw materials, packaging and finished goods
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Chemistry background
- English speaking and writing
- Understanding and knowledge of EHS rules
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Work accurately
- Working experience in problem solving and validation
- Preferred if the candidate has working experience in an international company
