Job Description
- Responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing the company training programs;
- Liaise / conducts training needs analysis;
- Design modules on Learning & Development framework for the new hires, newly regularized, newly promoted employees in consideration with concerned departments;
- Facilitate and arrange training days including venue and materials;
- Prepare training plan and budget;
- Develop training programs that will meet the identified training needs;
- Oversee the delivery of training to individuals or group of employees;
- Compile and present training information;
- Assist in monitoring progress made via training programs;
- Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Industrial, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any four year-related courses;
- Certification in Training and Development Management is a plus;
- Must have at least 2-3 years of work-related experience;
- Good and effective communication skill;
- Good presentation skills;
- With a professional, approachable and confident appearance;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Fluent in spoken & written Tagalog and English Language;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
