Job Description
- Own campaigns and projects supporting the growth of brands through digital execution.
- Take a client’s goals and issues to heart and provide relevant digital business solutions that really work.
- Scan the business environment, learn on the fly, and translate those learnings into actionable insights.
- Analyze what works and what could be better and raise the bar on clients’ digital campaigns.
- Lead a team of creatives and technicians within and outside the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of digital marketing experience in a people manager role.
- Go-getter, focused on the results, and makes things happen.
- Strategic and creative while being operationally savvy.
- You like being at the forefront digital media, keeping yourself abreast of innovations, optimizing social media, and matching it with a client’s imminent and present needs.
- Ability to make sure multiple priorities and projects are all running smoothly and delivering results.
- A strong leader, able to influence, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
