Senior Support Agent  

We are looking for a Senior Support Agent who will be responsible for liasing all inquiries and information transactions from the clients and the development teams. The role will be part of the Support Team in the execution of assigned tickets and ensure that the services are of maximum satisfaction to the clients.

The successful candidate will provide reports and feedback to the Support Manager about the level of performance of members in the Support Team, and will also assist the Manager to evaluate and scrutinize current performance trends.

• Communicate directly with clients on support tickets through email, chat or phone call;
• Send quotes to the clients on expected time prior to starting tasks;
• Communicate with internal staff about support tickets;
• Alert Management if issue arises;
• Do a thorough quality check on all tickets prior to sending to the client;
• Assist other Support Agents with issues they might find difficult by providing efficient answers to questions that need to be attended to.
