Job Description
Company Nurse:
- Administers First-Aid and CPR
- Monitors employees health status
- Manages and tracks inventories of medicines and supplies
- Assesses employees health condition and referral to hospital
- Facilitates employees health benefits and endorsed to Human Resources for processing
- Assists employees during hospitalization and monitored the progress of health condition
Admin Role:
- Make sure that all internal office operations are running smoothly.
- Provide support to everyone in the team
- this includes purchasing, logistics, document processing, and maintenance. - Provide office process enhancements and solutions
- Provides Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office
- Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduated degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- Has 1-2 years experience in corporate
- BOSH certificate is a plus
