Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Understand proper payroll taxation.
  • Process correct calculations and compliance.
  • Process accurate and timely reports required by Finance.
  • Performs and administer all company related & government benefits.
  • Administers company HMO benefits program and act as liaison officer between the Company and the HMO provider.
  • Provides support to HR team with documents, records, certifications and clearance processing of employees.
  • Assist in filing for expatriates application.
  • Ensures resolution to employee request, queries, concerns and complaints related to payroll.
  • And other HR initiatives tasks defined and assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background

  • College degree holder of any relevant educational background: Finance, Psychology, Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Business related course

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of strong work experience handling payroll & benefits administration
  • Knows end-to-end government benefits processing (from application to remittances)
  • Familiar with HR reports preparation

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; high organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Philippine labor and tax regulations, with those relating to Compensations and Benefits.
  • Proven integrity in dealing with internal and external contracts and in implementing employee data privacy.
  • Detail -oriented, professional attitude and reliable.
  • Must be well organized, self-starter and willing to work with less supervision
  • Flexibility and eagerness to meet the challenges of a start-up organization
  • Passion for startups and financial inclusion
