Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the technical and interpersonal skills development of all Team Members across all companies by:
- monitoring training audit results,
- facilitating training programs,
- analyzing training needs,
- evaluating training designs and doing the necessary adjustments to existing programs and/or creating programs to bridge the gap.
- Reports directly to the Senior Training Managers and handles teams under different companies.
- Take on additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by Top Management to hone skills required for the position.
- Work long hours and work shifting schedule which may include work during holidays and out of town travels.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-years experience
- Experience in Retail and Food Industry will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
