Job Description
- Assists in the development of proposals, coordinate with clients and Cobena team members for the timely execution of projects and performs business analysis tasks that may be required along the way to complete a project
- Conducts various types of market research to assist in the development of proposals/design of business solutions using online and offline sources
- Collect data on clients’ and their competitors’ tactics, market conditions, and consumer demographics
- Convert complex data findings into text, tables, graphs, and data visualizations
- Research and analyze market trends and statistics to make modeling decisions
- Detail model specifications and methods of data collection
- Liaises closely with the data science, database engineering, finance teams in the design of algorithms and analytical tools to be able to address the various client requirements
- Conducts data analysis and extracts the insights to help solve business problems, identify opportunities
- Explore and examine data from a variety of angles to determine hidden weaknesses, trends, and/or opportunities
- Present and interpret data results to senior management and clients
- Work with internal departments to present clear reports to clients and management
- Designs final presentation materials and writes reports
- Generate requirement documentation for internal/external processes, reports
- Any additional responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Business, Management, Marketing, Research, or related courses
- Digital native: highly adept with the use of digital / IT tools: Microsoft office, social network applications, programming software/ freeware (preferred, not required); data analytics tools (preferred/ not required)
- Highly analytical and intelligent. Intellectually curious
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Highly computer literate and not intimidated by numbers, statistics, databases
- Proficient in the use of a wide array of tools for visual presentation: PowerPoint preparations, flowcharts, etc.
- Proficient with the use of digital tools/ technologies
- Creative
- Having problem-solving skills
- Systematic in their approach to daily, routine tasks
- Ensures that data quality is always well preserved
