Job Description
- Responds to customer web inquiries regarding product and orders.
- Assists customers with product selection, answer the basic question, and suggests various product options that are available.
- Documents customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
- Queue management – maintaining all queues in e-business system to make sure orders are processed efficiently and timely
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any college or university degree
- Preferably with experience working with Shopify
- Experience in using Freshdesk, Zendesk, and Hubspot is nice to have
- Proven experience in customer service
- Must be self-motivated and has an excellent work ethic
- Must have excellent communication skill
- Great attention to detail
