Job Description
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports pertaining to various areas of the business including but not limited to Operations Manager, Chief Cactus, NZ Operations Coordinator, Business Partners/Vendors, etc. which involves both entering of information into existing databases and creating new one as applicable to accurately input and store critical data/information.
- Extract Data from various data sources, including databases and data systems for reporting and analysis purposes and exercise sound judgement while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness and usefulness to the business.
- Rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data and derive insights from these data sets.
- Attend to additional requests as required/necessary and perform any other duties which maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Intermediate to Advance Knowledge of Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and strong time management skills to be able to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently coupled with an ability to work systematically and accurately in a fast-paced manner.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed with the workload and a team player.
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in the English language.
- Maturely receive constructive feedback and make applicable adjustments from it.
