Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and extend invites to new applicants via phone
- Sort resumes from all recruitment channels
- Call new hires for follow-up on training schedule and requirements
- Answer relevant inquiries from social media ads via chat
- Post job advertisements on job portals and social media
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Full-time position
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about deliverables and strong work ethics
- Ability to work in a performance driven environment
- Take initiatives and be self driven
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High Proficiency in English Language
- Proficient in MS Office, emails and Google Docs
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas
