Management Trainee | Ortigas  

The Management Trainee is accountable and responsible for gaining the necessary experience and knowledge required to perform managerial duties in the shortest time possible. He/She is also responsible for working alongside team leaders / managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager. They will eventually be assigned to a specific role within the organization.

• Work with other managers to plan and help to direct tasks assigned to him.
• Help set policies.
• Receive classroom instruction & structured apprenticeship in subjects related to their rotational experience.
• Work in different departments to gain perspective, including sales & marketing, support groups and branch operations.
• Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.

• Must be a fresh graduate of a top university in the Philippines;
• Should have Latin honor or have handled a leadership role in school organizations;
• Courses: BS Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Physics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management Information System, Information Technology, or any related field;
• Willing to travel;
• Work base will be Ortigas, Pasig City.
