Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the inception and execution of term loan campaigns to drive both activation and growth
- Responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of the different campaigns and term loans programs
- Responsible for ensuring the necessary term loans policies and procedures are updated and relevant
- Responsible for providing requirements for any new term loans requirements and partnerships
- Responsible in maintaining RCSA list for Term Loans
- Responsible to liaise with different Term Loans partners
- Responsible in preparing periodic performance update to Management
- Closely working together with other teams in the organization to enable various policies and procedures, specifically, Marketing, Finance, Credit Operations, Collections, Decision Management and Operations
- Assist the team in reaching company's financial goals for Term Loans
- Provide relevant training to frontliners for the proper management of customer inquiries and complaints
Minimum Qualifications

- College Degree
- 1-2 years of related experience

- Critical mindset to clearly understand problems and figure out solutions
- Ability to communicate well with other people
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS tools
