Job Description
The Facilities Supervisor oversees the day-to-day functions, maintenance, operations and security of the entire facility/building and assets. Also supervises the entire General Services personnel, from Security Guards to Custodial personnel to Technicians to ensure that the facility/building is safe and operational for all occupants. Essential functions include but are not limited to the ff:
- Financial forecasting/budgeting
- Property, materials, equipment acquisition and/or disposal
- Planning and overseeing building work/renovation
- Lease management
- Security management
- Allocating and managing space within buildings
- Managing building maintenance activities
- Coordinating cleaning, catering and parking services
- Organizing security and general administrative services
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, permits and environmental, health and security standards
- Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-driven in achieving or exceeding assigned KPI's
- Professionalism and maturity that would prove respectable for the entire team and the company
- Well-mannered in handling different types of clients
- Has good PR skills and customer service oriented
- Has good attention to detail
- Loves maintenance works and very interested in construction and maintenance matters
- Numbers oriented
