Project Manager  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing cost, schedule, and quality of construction projects through project close-out for assigned projects. Actively involved in corporate project planning and approval activities, general contractor bid award and mobilization, construction critical path management, change order management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Handling for bidding: Quotation, Bidding summary, reviews project description.

2. Daily monitoring and continuous updates to AE/Client of each project – planning, design, production, before/after installation reports, completion reports and project closing.

3. Discuss on updates on all ongoing and upcoming projects, including issues and other related concerns.

4. Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.

5. Provide progress reports, photos through factory visits and installation supervisions frequently.

6. Supervise vendor during installation and fabrication based on the inspection checklist.

7. Meet with vendors to check factory during fabrication stage before installation

8. Weekly report on time.

9. Set up standard module cost to analyze if the quotation provided by vendor is reasonable.

10. Cost negotiation with suppliers.

KEY EXPERIENCES (REQUIREMENT)

• Bachelor’s degree of architecture, construction or any interior design related course.
• Fit out construction
• Adapt to new systems and processes well and seeks out training to enhance knowledge, skills and abilities
• Ask questions and seek guidance when not sure of what to do.
• Know how to read shop drawings (AutoCAD, Sketchup), material specifications
• Knowledge of the mall construction requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Accuracy is excellent
• Follow through and find the answers to any questions and reports back to the client promptly.
• Is able to troubleshoot and solve all work related problems quickly and efficiently.
• Need to be careful and detail oriented
• Have a strong sense of responsibility
• Be keen on regarding designs details, materials and costing
• Plans projects and carries them out so that projects are completed ahead of schedule.
• Quick response and decision

• Skilled at MS office

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Exposure in Civil and Architectural Works; exposure in retail is an advantage.
