Job Description
- Assist the Vice President in marketing reports, research, and marketing strategies.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Reminding the VP of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Organising the VP’s personal commitments.
- Taking dictation and minutes.
- Checking VP's emails.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Management or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
