Job Description
Provides assistance and support to Commercial Planning (including Network Planning, Network Management, and Revenue Management & Pricing) by performing a variety of administrative and organizational functions.
Responsibilities
- Examines and analyzes upcoming communications with guidelines established by the VP-Commercial Planning on pertinent matters.
- Maintains liaison with sub-departments to ensure information update.
- Prepare and routes financial documents for Commercial Planning
- Prepares, route, and processes travel requirements for Commercial Planning
- Commercial Planning budget monitoring.
- Manages schedule of the VP-Commercial Planning; approves and sends meeting requests.
- Ensures sufficient office supply for Commercial Planning
- Ensures timely submission of Commercial Planning managers' Detailed Attendance Data (DAD) for payroll purposes
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
