Job Description

End to End Recruitment Process

  • Making sure that the Manpower Requisition form is completely fill-in and approved by the management/requesting department.
  • Post job openings in the company website, online search engines, PESO offices, Organization partners, and other sourcing methods.
  • Attend job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events
  • Post job ads/openings for internal candidates and stay on top of the internal hiring program.
  • Monitors referrals for the Employee Referral Program.
  • Review and analyze job application, resume, and other details from sources to identify qualified candidates and initially screens potential candidates for job openings within the organization.
  • Schedules qualified candidates for exam administration and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Endorses shortlisted candidates to the requesting department.
  • Prepares and present job offer for successful applicants.
  • Accomplishes thorough background check and employment verification on all shortlisted candidates.
  • Discuss pre- employments requirements, encodes and submits Payroll report for newly -hired employees.
  • Monitors and ensures completeness of pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding of newly-hired employees.
  • Preparation of relevant reports on hiring analytics, service level attainment and other reports needed as requested by HR and Admin Manager.
  • Maintains the applicant tracker database/resume bank and files of processed applications.
  • Regularly updates the requesting department regarding recruitment request through a status report.
  • Process on the Job Trainee applications.

OnBoarding

  • Welcome new employees’ upon their arrival and give them an office and plant tour.
  • Introduce, meet and greet to employees and management.
  • Gather and process paperwork like contacts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Conduct Newly Hired Employee Orientation.

Administrative Task

  • Handles personnel’s records management such as pre-employment activities, 201 (Active) and 202 (inactive) files.
  • Handles employee request queries and request
  • Performs HR and Administrative function from time to time.

REPORTS GENERATED

Preparation of relevant reports on hiring analytics, service level attainment and other reports needed as follows;

  • Manpower Requisition Form updates.
  • Applicants Monitoring Sheet
  • Applicants Status
  • Newly Hired Employee Report
  • Employee Referral Program Report

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • With good communication and presentation skills
  • Has good decision-making skills
  • Ability to act independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer orientation, thought leadership, initiative, teamwork, resourcefulness, and accountability.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled.
  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrates loyalty and makes good judgments and decisions that align with department and company vision, mission, and goals.
