Job Description
- Oversee the production of items against set quota, schedule, quality standards, and product specifications.
- ensure that good manufacturing practices and processes are being followed
- Must be able to solve technical issues as it arises by checking machine setting and troubleshooting issues.
- Check the quality of machines and other machine inputs
- Monitor the production and operation areas of employees
- Monitor the inventory of raw materials and indirect materials during the shift.
- Knowledgeable in operating CompressionMachines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Management) or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in manufacturing/operations preferably in Compression.
- Good interpersonal skills and communications skills of both oral and written.
- A Team player, patience, and persistence.
- Must have good leadership skills, analytical skills, able to motivate team members.
- Must be competent and have basic knowledge of repair and other maintenance work.
- With a basic knowledge of inventory, control, and planning.
- Can work under pressure.
