Job Description
Responsible for the proper loading and unloading of merchandise/items for delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Daily Operations
- Locate and select merchandise and verify against delivery receipt specifications.
- Load and unload items for delivery to and from the delivery truck.
- Assemble merchandise / furniture delivered (if necessary).
- See to it that all equipment used in the discharge of his responsibilities is properly maintained.
- Customer Engagement
- Ensure high level of customer’s satisfaction.
- Acknowledge customer’s comments/feedback and elevate to superiors for resolution.
Minimum Qualifications

- Must be physically fit and has strong body built
- At least high school graduate
