Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate and effective solutions and alternatives
- Communicate and work effectively with CSR, DEV, and HQ.
- Manage VOC reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above
- At least 3 years working experience in the ICT or E-commerce industry
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office
Preference:
- E-commerce related work experience
- Korean speaker
