Job Description
- Coordinate and facilitate excellent hospital services.
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication and Information Science, Social Science, Hospitality and related courses.
- Training or Certification in the following:
- Customer Service, handling difficult clients, Quality Service Management, and/or Records Management.
- At least 1 year work experience in the same field
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
