Order Management: Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
Stock Management: Organize and monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency.
Systems Management (Operational Systems): Assist with the improvement of the brand's operational systems, processes and policies and perform regular operations reviews to identify any issues/inconsistencies.
Customer Service: Identify, anticipate and resolve customer issues in timely manner, email will be the main point of contact answering customer questions. Create quotes for customers, liaise with manufacturers and freight companies to get price quotes.
Planning / Merchandising: Cost comparisons, analyse data. Monthly sales and customer reports
Invoicing: Issue invoices. Contact and follow up to customers. Issue monthly statements.
Essential Qualification
- To have an interest in homewares, fashion or the interior design industry
- At least 1-2 years' experience in administration/order management or merchandise planning and a strong understanding of how to manage inventory
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of excel, word, outlook, Cin7 and Xero
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for a talented Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can do Order Management, Inventory and eCommerce Management to help our business run smoothly.
This role involves a variety of different administrative tasks and we are looking for someone who is super organised, loves attention to detail and enjoys providing exceptional customer service as well as having experience working with ecommerce sites, managing inventory levels and has a flair for numbers to help us develop pricing strategies and customer quotes.
A relatively advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, stock level matching, data merging, cost comparisons), Shopify, and how inventory management programs work is necessary for this role such as Cin7. Knowledge of Xero will be appreciated.
