Job Description
- Responsible for the day to day payroll functions that include data entry, processing and generating reports, ensuring that all payroll information is kept according to standards.
- Assists in ensuring timely and accurate calculation of employees' pay, deductions, such as withholding tax, and government benefit contributions.
- Acts as liaison officer of the employees to government agencies in relation to inquiries on contributions, loan applications, and similar requests.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Accountancy, Finance, and other 4-year Business courses
- With at least 1-year work experience in payroll and benefits administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be willing to do liaison work
