Job Description
The Utility Staff is mainly responsible for the daily general maintenance, repair, and/or sanitation, as well as the messengerial and clerical works in the head office.
- Maintains and ensures cleanliness of branch and head office by performing cleaning duties.
- Handles supplies or equipment in request needed for cleaning, repair, and maintenance.
- Coordinates with Office Manager for transmittal of various documents to branches and other messenger functions.
- Ensures proper handling, safety, and security funds when assigned to perform bank-related, cash-related, or similar financial transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least any of the following:
- Vocational degree
- Associate's degree
- At least two years in college
- Preferably with experience in maintenance, utility, and/or admin work.
- Knowledgeable in computer software and applications.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Can communicate in English and Filipino.
