Job Description
- Monitor, report & reconcile stocks on a monthly basis for spare parts & quarterly for products
- Track and analyze discrepancies & recommends appropriate action/s for approval and immediate settlement of discrepancy
- Evaluate reason/s for cancellation, undelivered & pull-out of items before processing of Credit Note (if any) by the Logistics Assistant.
- Supervise / oversee the logistics day-to-day activities for both inbound & outbound operations.
- Check randomly the customer’s Purchase Order (PO) against the system’s Sales Order (SO).
- Check randomly the daily delivery report of the third-party logistics and compares with the shipment delivery advised by logistics
- Check billings against the actual transaction / attachment.
- Check randomly all import-related status especially those with urgency.
- Assist in the monitoring of the Departmental Performance against plans especially pertaining to inventory & deliveries, analyze the deviations, & propose an appropriate course of action/s based on the identified root cause/s.
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports pertaining to the Department’s activities.
- Oversee the inbound & outbound day-to-day activities
- Maintain communication with the internal & external customers involved in the inbound & outbound deliveries
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any four-year business-related course.
- Must have Five (5) years related experience in Logistics.
- Must be knowledgeable in logistics processes such as importation, movement of goods & documentation of transactions
- Working knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Knowledgeable in inventory/warehousing
- Excellent in both oral and written communications skills
- Patient, highly driven, and highly motivated
