Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority
- Track all incoming and outgoing delivery products to the Warehouse and Project site. Ensure that delivery items are delivered on time and complete
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data. Order supplies and goods as needed
- Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
- Secure and maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Performs other duties & responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Process Oriented
- At least 2 to 3 years working expereince
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
