Job Description
Learns to become a Market Researcher
Supports senior staff when working on research projects:
- Assists with the preparation of proposals, data processing and presentations
- Pulls together required research materials, such as screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, stimulus materials etc.
- Follows up and supports the day-to-day running of projects by:
- Completing project administration tasks
- Preparing project updates
- Liaising with suppliers
- Ensures all project tasks are carried out according to the Processes and Procedures manual
- Implements administrative procedures and completes administrative tasks as requested by line management and in response to company-wide requests
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 1 year Market Research experience (day-to-day running MR projects, including client conctact, survey design and data processing)
- Graduates of Statistics, Communication Research, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Marketing and other research-oriented courses
- SPSS, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and planning skills; proactively organizes workload through prioritization and discussion with Director and Research Manager in order to meet all deadlines
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills; fast learner and self-motivated
- Takes responsibility for personal learning and development, proactively seeks out opportunities to do so in the context of developing a fulfilling career
