Job Description
- Responsible for responding to emails.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Drafting easy documents and assisting notarization.
- Performs liaising with different departments and occasional visit to government offices.
- Responsible for organizing events and seminars.
- File keeping and making minutes of the meeting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
- Must have at least 1 year experience related to admin.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of discretion.
- Candidate must be organized and detail focused.
