Job Description

What Is Your Role

As a Marketing and Research Coordinator, you will be acting as Chief of Staff to the Team, responsible for partnering with one of our senior-most Executives to create a more efficient, collaborative, and effective team. The role balances strategic thinking with detailed operational follow-thru. Your role is to provide a high level of marketing and administrative support for all aspects of the Client’s activity which includes drafting marketing packages and materials for the Senior Investment Advisors. You will be directly reporting and working hand-in-hand with the Chief Operating Officer who handles the sales strategy, analytics, and marketing. You are expected to streamline communications, document and assist in following up on key action items, and ensuring the commitments we’re making internally and externally are being delivered upon.

You will be excellent at project management, internal and external communications, assignment and accountability, as well as follow-through. Notably, you will be a key resource to everyone on the team, focusing on optimizing communication channels, processes, structures, teams, and other priorities towards the company’s scalable growth. We view this role as an excellent way to gain broad experience and exposure to the work Boldr does, and how we do it. Furthermore, we see this role as a stepping stone into your preferred next role (Service Delivery, Client Success, Support Services, etc.). It is our expectation that after serving in this role for a period of time (at least six months) you will be equipped to take a more senior role in the division of greatest interest to you based on the experiences you’ve had within the organization thus far. This process will also need to be discussed with your direct supervisor and is based upon the availability of positions or current vacancies.

What Will You Do

  • Research on Property Details to make the Client’s database as efficient as possible
  • Prepare and draft all marketing packages including Client’s performance reports (quarterly, annually)
  • Handle social media accounts including drafting materials, and content calendar
  • Be familiar with Real Estate Transactions in California in order to analyze property valuations that will help you draft the marketing packages (PS. not necessarily required onset of employment. The employee will be familiar with the process and how they do it as he/she moves forward. Part of what he/she needs to do is make sure the details on the marketing sheet are accurate and correct in order to draft a marketing packaging)
  • Support in the execution of various projects assigned to you as Marketing and Research Coordinator
  • Assist in the development, coordination, and management of all critical internal and external team meetings (including scheduling, Agenda Setting, Notes, and Action Items, and Follow-up).
  • Other tasks critical to the success of or improvement of the Team, as agreed upon by you, members of the Executive Team, or the Management

Minimum Qualifications

You Have…

  • Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you’re passionate about!
  • Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Adobe, Microsoft 365, One Drive, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications
  • Marketing skills to support social media campaigns and email campaigns
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe PS and/or Canva
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good with technology
  • Adept at using different ways to overcome challenges, including collaboration and delegation
  • Excellent professionalism, project management, and problem-solving skills
