Content Marketing Specialist | Learning and Development  

What Is Your Role

• Increase learning engagement and awareness within the company
• Create and sustain participant traction across all Boldr offices
• Increase and develop L&D representation internally and externally

What Will You Do

• Help promote and maintain L&D’s programs across all Boldr offices
• Write, edit, and proofread content for communications, materials, and channels, such as newsletters, announcements, articles, and general communications.
• Answer inquiries and provide the necessary information to clients
• Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns and internal communication channels, including planning, development, deployment, and reporting.
• Partner with respective communications team (Marketing and/or Impact) to assist with communication strategy development
• Help improve communication processes to create efficiencies whenever possible
• Assist in the development of designs, layouts, graphics and materials to support L&D initiatives
• Plan events, seminars, and workshops
• Maintain L&D-related databases

In addition other administrative duties as required are to be expected.

You Have

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with others in the organization
• Experience in marketing and/or public relations
• Ability to listen and understand client requirements, anticipate their needs, and give high priority to customer satisfaction
