Job Description

The successful candidate will be tasked to support the recruitment activities of UrbanStems by sourcing and qualifying candidate profiles obtained from available job sourcing channels.

What is your role

As a senior sourcing specialist, you are mainly responsible for supporting the recruitment process by generating quality candidates using various sourcing channels, maintaining records and information using Greenhouse.io.

You will need to specialize in candidate generation techniques such as cold calling, data mining, external job search, direct mail, social networking, etc.

Eventually, you will increase your scope of work to reflect what Urbanstems’ needs require specifically around recruitment. From time to time, you might be asked to assist with other human resource related projects.

What will you do

  • Recruitment Operations and Client Management
  • Source, identify and qualify the right candidates
  • Manages candidate pool and build a solid pipeline
  • Maintain trackers and generate reports
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with Urbanstems and provide information regarding the recruitment process while properly setting expectations with regard to profile requirements, candidate endorsements, and hiring turnaround times
  • Address the requests/inquiries of Urbanstems and their potential candidates in a timely manner
  • Perform other initiatives that can further solidify client relationship
  • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future
  • Administrative Functions
  • Perform resume review and provide recommendations based on assessment
  • Conduct phone screening and schedule candidates for interviews with the Urbanstems team
  • Provide feedback to all applicants regarding their application status
  • Real-time processing of all applications received
  • Record keeping and maintaining of different recruitment files
  • Performs Background and Reference Checks
  • In addition other clerical and administrative duties as required are to be expected.

You have…

  • A graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or other related courses
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience recruiting / sourcing is a must
  • Experience working in with American clientele
  • Knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Good grasp of Google suite
  • Good command of English communication (written and verbal)
  • Must be proactive and able to foster the commitment to team goals
  • Able to multi-task and work on tight deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong client focus and service orientation
