Job Description
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- attracts applicants by different sources
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- other tasks that may be assigned accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- Should be a graduate of a 4-year course relative to human resources or any 4-year course
- With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment of any kind possessing a good skillset
- With minimal knowledge about the other facets of HR (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, coordination, employee orientation etc)
- Experience on end-to-end recruitment and having average comms skills in English are pluses
- Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
- Should be diligent, pleasant and result-oriented
