Job Description
- Perform a thorough visual inspection of the cylinders in accordance with the cylinder policy guidelines and plant operating procedures ensuring cylinder conformity and compliance with PLPI's safety and equality standards.
- Ensuring religiously cylinder inspection, proper segregation, quality checking of LPG cylinders
- Ensure safety and controls are being executed such as cylinder inspection, check weighing, leak testing, sealing, safety capping prior to loading to trucks
- Proper monitoring of project CTR (cylinder marking, manual monitoring of returns)
- Religious daily monitoring of red security seals, safety caps, consumer seals, and other consumables and supported with stock cards
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any engineering courses or 4-year course
- With at least 1-2 years experience in production, plant operations, cylinder management
- Good communication skills, highly analytical and be able to work with less supervision
- Knows how to use ms excel
- Willing to be assigned in either in Sto. Tomas or Calaca Batangas
