Jr. Multimedia and Graphics Artist  

You will be working directly with the founding team of Bihasa, an e-learning platform focused on helping entrepreneurs and brands build world-class digital learning platforms.

Bihasa is looking for a Multimedia and Graphics Artist who has a creative passion and is highly adaptable to quickly learn new technologies and approaches in developing high-quality designs, images, and videos. Someone who isn’t afraid to think outside the box, appreciates a challenge, and adapts to multiple creative disciplines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to concept, construct and animate videos to be consumed by potential learners across the globe.

Our offices are in Marikina-Antipolo, but during this time of COVID, the work can be done purely online and we have flexible work arrangements and schedules. We don’t focus on the time you put in but place utmost emphasis on your results and how it impacts the business.

What You’ll Do

• Create beautifully crafted, strategic designs across a range of media, including web, digital assets, landing pages, email campaigns, social and brand, and videos
• Develop animated and interactive digital assets
• Remain informed of emerging industry trends and best practices; evaluate new design trends and to ensure our creative product remains cutting edge and innovative
• Working together with our Instructional Designers, you will develop microlearning videos for our clients using best-in-class tools for 2D and 3D animation, graphics manipulation, audio and video editing, and screen capturing.
• Conceptualizing and creating motion graphics and visual effects
• Designing 2D and 3D graphics
• Editing raw video footage and then adding effects/elements to enhance with motion graphics
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• Be open and adaptive to learn the latest tools and techniques to further improve your craft and the work that we do for our clients

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. We need someone who can effectively communicate. Someone who can collaborate with both internal and external partners of the business using both digital and offline channels (i.e. emails, messenger apps).

• Manager of One and has an Entrepreneurial Spirit. We want someone who is capable of building something from scratch and seeing it through. You need to be highly motivated, self-initiate, and determine what needs to be done, understand the company vision, and surprise us with their ideas and results.
• Experience in various Design, Motion graphics, and Video-editing tools. You need to have knowledge of various graphics and video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop and/or other graphics design and video-editing software. Knowledge of photography and videography is a plus!
• Ability to conceptualize, design and transform scripts and visualizations into fluid, highly effective motion graphic animations and video production.
• You need to be able to learn and adapt fast. Bihasa is constantly improving and adjusting, pivoting and seizing opportunities. You have to be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, where it is crucial to learn things fast and drive things with excellence. With a strong attention to detail and Ability to work under pressure to manage tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects and changing priorities.

This is a role best fit for a fresh graduate with a degree related to Graphic Design, Animation, or Marketing.
