Job Description
- Initiate sales process by prospecting; making initial presentations and understanding account requirements.
- Takes the lead in clients satisfaction
- Maintain and grow clients
- Guide and coach application engineers, to ensure delivery of selections, quotations, products, services and aftermarket support and deliver clients satisfaction.
- Design heat loads
- Compute Return on investment (ROI)
- Estimation of materials and labors for preparing proposal using Excel file.
- Prepare progress report and certificate of project completion
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledgeable with the basic cycle of Air-conditioning System
- Must have an experience in sales-dealing of Air-conditioning equipment
- At least (1) year work related experience in HVAC Installation
- Must be proficient in using MS Office programs especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in Auto-cad Software and can prepare shop drawing for revision of mechanical plan and as-built as well
- Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
- Must have active critical thinking, interpersonal and motivational leadership skills and reliable
- Preferably with Sales & Marketing, Product and Market Development, Industrial Marketing background
- Willing to be assigned to Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao
