Job Description
- Responsible for handling clerical tasks to support the activities of the business
- File and organize paperwork for accounting and sales
- Encode sales and inventory data
- Provide assistance on marketing projects working closely with the marketing and sales team to execute from start to finish
- Support warehouse and delivery operations
- Manage special projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ management or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Preferred Skill(s): Knowledgeable in Photoshop/ Adobe Suite
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills both written and spoken English
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with limited direction
