Job Description
The duty of an HR Assistant will focus more on Recruitment and Timekeeping but will also assist in other HR functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Preparing new employee files and needed equipment
- Orientating new hires
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
- Ensure that all attendance are accurately resolved 1 day after cut-off.
- Facilitating company initiated activities.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of four year course (Human Resource, Psychology or other related)
- With at least two (2) years of solid human resource experience
- Has extensive experience in end to end Recruitment process
- Has experience in job posting sites such as Kalibrr, JobStreet and Indeed
- Has strong time management skills
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
