Job Description

Bagi BCA, karyawan adalah asset perusahaan yang harus terus dikembangkan. Untuk mengembangkan dan mengoptimalkan potensi karyawan, BCA memiliki beragam program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh unit kerja Learning & Development. Di dalam prosesnya, program pelatihan yang ada tentunya perlu terus dianalisa dan evaluasi agar dapat tepat sasaran dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan serta perkembangan jaman. Untuk itulah saat ini BCA mencari sumber daya manusia berkualitas yang akan menjalankan peran khususnya dalam melakukan analisa dan evaluasi dari berbagai program pelatihan yang ada di BCA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pengalaman bekerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan khususnya evaluasi pelatihan.
  • Minimal lulusan S1 Jurusan Psikologi, Keguruan/Ilmu Pendidikan, Matematika, Statistik, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Fisika, atau Ilmu Eksakta lainnya
  • IPK minimal 3,25 (skala 4,00)
  • Usia maksimal 33 tahun
  • Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang pelatihan dan pendidikan
  • Menguasai dan memahami pembuatan dan analisa alat pengukuran/evaluasi
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengolah data evaluasi pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh BCA Learning Institute ataupun pihak ketiga yang bekerjasama dengan BCA
  • Mampu melakukan analisa data serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengembangkan berbagai program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh BCA
