Job Description

  1. Melakukan pemantauan terhadap aktivitas agent mitra saat melayani incoming calls
  2. Melakukan pengawasan, control dan supervisi terhadap pelaksanaan tugas agent mitra sesuai SOP yang ditetapkan
  3. Melakukan observasi live terhadap standar layanan agent mitra saat menerima incoming calls
  4. Melakukan coaching terhadap agent mitra yang belum menerapkan standar layanan yang telah ditentukan
  5. Melakukan pendampingan terhadap agent mitra dalam penanganan problem ATM yang tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh agent mitra
  6. Melakukan deteksi dini terhadap potensi human error/fraud yang mungkin dilakukan oleh agent mitra
  7. Melakukan penjadwalan shifting agent mitra berikut pengajuan rekap insentif-nya setiap bulan

Minimum Qualifications

  • Lulus S1 semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2.75
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Berpengalaman di call center minimal 3 tahun
  • Diutamakan Pria
  • Berpenampilan menarik
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang kuat
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal skill yang baik (mudah bergaul)
