Job Description

Seiring dengan pertumbuhan perusahaan, kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas pun akan meningkat. Peranan rekruter menjadi penting dan strategis dalam menentukan keberhasilan BCA di masa depan melalui pemenuhan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Saat ini PT Bank Central Asia Tbk sedang membutuhkan peran seorang Staf Perekrutan yang diharapkan untuk dapat melakukan proses seleksi karyawan, membantu proses rekrutmen kandidat, bekerja sama dengan unit kerja untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan di unit kerja, mengembangkan ide-ide baru mengenai proses seleksi karyawan serta membuat konsep seleksi karyawan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan dan perubahan tuntutan bisnis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimal lulusan S1 dari jurusan Psikologi
  • IPK minimal 3,00 (skala 4,00)
  • Usia maksimal 26 tahun
  • Mempunyai minat di bidang rekrutmen
  • Menguasai dan memahami alat tes psikologi
  • Menguasai metode penelitian
  • Mengetahui dasar-dasar interview
