UI UX Designer  

Work with PO and UX researcher to analyze business context, market demands and competitor conditions to turn opportunity gaps into viable product concepts

Critically analyse user and business problems to formulate user segmentation, product concepts and other product/user hypotheses that will be used as MVP concept, product/feature requirements and go-to market strategy

Generate ideas for workable solution (user flow and UI design) with consideration of user needs, product goals, business requirements, and tech limitation

Proactively work with UX researcher to gain user knowledge and understanding, which will be then used to test hypotheses, assess product-solution fit and market-fit

Create understandable, usable design by applying usability and design principles

Collaborate with PO to create initiatives that optimize product’s value, marketability and usability by doing experimentation and testing various product strategies with qualitative and quantitative research methods

Collaborates with other designers, researchers and PO to document the progress and result of product initiatives.

Present and justify the design concept and decisions to stakeholders by explaining the rationale and research behind it

Collaborating with engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the design

Work with other designers to document user flow and to improve the management of design files and assets

Follow the standard of UI design and involved in the development of design system

Does additional research (desk) if needed

Strong understanding of design and usability principle (Visual hierarchy, information hierarchy, colour, spacing, size, typography)

Good problem solving ability: able to critically analyse a problem from multiple perspectives, and generates ideas into workable design solution

Have practical experience in doing independent UX research in various methods (analytics, SWOT analysis, user interview, usability testing, card sorting, etc)

Have deep product knowledge, UI UX strategy and UX research to combine analysis from market and user research into product and UX strategy

Have experience in designing and developing new product from scratch, or work experience in startups

Love to empathise and have the curiosity in researching dan digging deep to solve user's problem

Highly comfortable with ambiguity: very adaptable and thriving in fast-paced environment, going outside comfort zone and working under dynamic directions

Proactive and able to take charge of situations when needed

Has growth mindset: self-motivating, self-disciplined and keen to learn new skills and knowledge

Good communication skills, organized and able to work under pressure
