Job Description
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies
- Conducts regular inspection of all equipment and facilities
- Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance
- Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption
- Track and communicate work requst status and completion
- Monitor Construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed
- Prepare/review plans, estimates, scope of works for various projects
- Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property
- Involved in preparation and delivery of presentation and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling asn as-built documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Must be a Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Passed PRC Licensure)
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
