Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Team Manager/Leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

Minimum Qualifications
• Extensive background on managing/handling an outbound account is a must, experienced on managing an inbound account is an advantage.
• Outbound accounts that were managed must be international accounts, voice accounts, w/sales background and on a BPO set-up.
• Must be a current team manager handling an outbound account or function as a team manager for the last 1 year. • Candidates who managed an outbound account/s as a team manager/leader must stay on those account/s for more than one year.
• Experienced as Team Manager must be 3 years and up
• Possess excellent skills on MS Excel
• Can analyze data and trends as part of performance reviews
• Experienced on handling multiple campaigns is an advantage
• Extensive background on workforce management on an outbound setting
• Excellent Coaching and Development skills, those who can coach by identifying the behavioral trends based on call listening rather than numbers coaching.
• Can train and upskills agents on different campaigns
