Job Description
Business parameter translation team assists users to identify tables to be configured or modified and provide knowledge on how to fill-up up standard templates. It also includes user ID creation, role modification and status modification in BSS and MTPOS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares daily template of user ID creation for bulk creation.
- Ensures that Business Parameter Translator template are accurate prior to endorsement to application support.
- Provide communications to users on changes, completion or clarification of Service requests.
- Prepares weekly reports of task accomplishments and SLA metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- With IT background
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented.
- Patient, hardworking and a good team player.
