Job Description
- Create Effective KM Contents
- Responsible for developing simple, easy-to-understand, user friendly content while employing the most effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
- Responsible for writing new contents or rewrite existing contents.
- Responsible for proofreading and editing all contents if necessary.
- Responsible for rewriting the contents and ensuring that they are free from any product and/or process gaps, to ensure content accuracy and ease of use
- Responsible for managing, responding and getting answers or clarifying information to the feedback received from KM users
- Responsible for generating reports like (utilization of KMS, weekly feedback report, etc.)
- Manage Content Distribution
- Responsible for creating an editorial calendar to establish when content will be distributed and through which channels.
- Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
- Responsible for synthesizing all the ideas coming from the collaboration with the different teams within the organization including Frontline people, SMEs, decision makers, etc. before creating an effective content
- Responsible for data analysis specific to KM Contents and generate insights to ensure developed and/or designed contents perform as expected.
- Quality Assurance
- Responsible for presenting the contents in different ways like animations, web/infographics, videos, blog posts or applicable to social media.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a 4-year College graduate of any course.
- 3-4 years of experience in Customer Service or customer communications, experience in telco industry is preferred, Bachelor’s degree in journalism or communication and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in web related marketing and development.
- Willing to start ASAP
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
